August 25: A Prayer for the Successful Implementation of the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the Prayer Institute. Thank You for the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference. Thank You for imparting Your wisdom, power, healing and deliverance in previous conferences. Thank You in advance for Your divine visitation at this year’s conference.  Glorious Lord, we give thanks to You, for You are good; Your faithful love endures forever.  Who can list Your glorious miracles?  Who can ever praise You enough?  We will continue to thank You, Lord, among all the people.  We will sing Your praises among the nations.  For Your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

Almighty Father, we declare that the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference will be an extraordinary experience of powerful praise, spirit-filled teaching, and supernatural miracles and healing.  We confess that the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord will be upon each speaker, staff and volunteer team member.  They will bring good news to the poor, comfort the brokenhearted, proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.  Father, we declare that our volunteers will work hard so that they present themselves to You and receive Your approval; good workers who are not ashamed and who correctly explain the Word of truth.  It is our expectation that people from all denominations and cultures throughout the United States and the world will attend the conference when they hear the advertisements about Prayer Explosion.  Holy Father, we declare that the funding for the conference will come and there will be surplus.  We expect Your blessings to abound in the lives of all the people who will attend this glorious event. We commit all of the plans for the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference to You and thank You in advance for a successful conference.

Holy Spirit, show me what You want me to specifically pray for concerning the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference or Youth Prayer Explosion:

Loving Father, we ask You to save the lost through the conference.  Please draw the youth in our community to Youth Prayer Explosion.  Give them an ear to hear and the wisdom to implement what they will learn during this wonderful gathering.  Give Minister Ray Bady and Ms. Leona Ellis wisdom and discernment as they design the programming for the youth.  Encourage the parents to partner with Minister Bady and Ms. Ellis to ensure that our youth are learning and walking in their Kingdom identity.  Please fill each member of The Prayer Institute, the planning team and volunteers with the complete knowledge of Your will and give them spiritual wisdom, discernment, understanding, and patience. Increase Your creativity and innovation within them.  Strengthen each of them and keep them healthy. Father, please increase their stamina and perseverance to complete this divine assignment.

Forgiving Father, forgive each speaker, volunteer and staff person for their sins.  Forgive those who are so busy working that they fail to get into Your presence.  Forgive anyone who speaks contrary to this great conference.  Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed).  Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive.  As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to show you names or faces of people that you may need to forgive.  As He shows you, say aloud, “I forgive name of person(s).”  Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)

Holy Spirit, help everyone associated with the 19th Annual Prayer Explosion Conference to not yield to temptation; but deliver us from the evil one.

Eternal Lord, righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne. Fire spreads before You and burns up all Your foes. Your lightning flashes out across the world. The earth sees and trembles, and the mountains melt like wax before You, for You are the Lord of all the earth!  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Scripture Prayers for God’s Healing by Pastor Suzette Caldwell

Please find below a series of healing scriptures. When Pastor Suzette Caldwell was first diagnosed with breast cancer, she (after crying all day) decided that she would take these scriptures like medicine. At the moment that she received the diagnosis, if the doctor had given her a medical prescription to take for the cancer, she would have taken it immediately as described on the prescription label. So, she decided to take God’s word as medicine, in addition to the prescribed course of treatment by the doctor.

Psalm 107:20 states that the Lord sent His word to heal us and deliver us from our destructions. Since the Lord sent His word to heal and deliver us, she determined in her heart to use His word to bring about her healing. Like medicine, she “took” these scriptures three times per day. She prayed this word audibly because God has put His divine power into verbally confessing His word. As she confessed this word over her life, she expected it to go into action and take care of the cancer. Bless the Lord, her ordeal with cancer is over.

Pastor Suzette encourages you to use these scriptures as if they were medicine. They are the “balm of Gilead” for the believer. There is no magic formula for praying God’s word, just pray it and trust the Lord to perform on His word. Jeremiah 1:12 says that the Lord watches over His word to perform it, so speak His word boldly and get it into the atmosphere so that it can do its job in your life.

The scripture references are listed first,  then Pastor Suzette has written a scriptural prayer to include you just below the reference. You can use these scriptures to pray for anyone. Just plug their name in the same place where you have been inserted. Pray these scriptures 2-3 times a day until you have received your healing. Afterward, use these scriptures as your spiritual vitamin and take them once per day for maintenance.

It is important for you to pray these scriptures out loud. Psalm 145:18 says “The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.” The word “call” in this scripture means to call out with a loud sound. When the believer prays to God, he/she is expected to speak to Him in an audible voice. So, speak up when you pray the scriptures.

Lastly, have faith. Believe that the Lord is concerned about you as one of His children.  Know with certainty that because you love Him and acknowledge His name, He promises to deliver you, answer you when you call for Him, protect you in trouble, honor you, satisfy you with long life and show you His salvation. What a mighty God we serve!

Praying God’s Will for Healing:

1.  Isaiah 41:10-14 Scripture

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. See, all your angry enemies lie there confused and humiliated. Anyone who opposes you will

die and come to nothing. You will look in vain for those who tried to conquer you. Those who attack you will come to nothing. For I hold you by your right hand- I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, “Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you. Though you are a lowly worm, O Jacob, don’t be afraid, people of Israel, for I will help you. I am the Holy One of Israel.

Scriptural Prayer

I confess that I will not be afraid because God is with me. I will not be discouraged, for the Lord is my God. (If you are afraid and discouraged, be honest with the Lord and tell Him how you are feeling. Then, choose not to be afraid and to be encouraged. Trust the Holy Spirit to replace your fear and discouragement with God’s confidence, peace, and joy.) God will strengthen me and help me. God will uphold me with His righteous right hand. This disease will be confused and humiliated. Every demonic attack will be destroyed and come to nothing. I will look in vain for those who tried to conquer me. The LORD my God holds my right hand and I will not be afraid because He has said that He will help me and I believe Him.

2.  Isaiah 53:4-5 Scripture

Yet it was our sicknesses he carried; it was our pains that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But, he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

Scriptural Prayer

Jesus carried my sicknesses and pains and it was thought that God was punishing Him for his own sins. But He was pierced for my rebellion and crushed for my sins. Jesus was beaten so that I could be whole and whipped so that I could be healed. I accept what He has done for me and I accept the healing in my body as a result of His sacrifice.

3.  Jeremiah 1:12 Scripture

Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform my Word.” (NKJV)

And the Lord said, “That’s right, and it means that I am watching and I will certainly

carry out all my plans.” (NLT) 2

Scriptural Prayer

I will continually speak God’s word concerning my healing and I expect His word to be carried out in my life.

4.  Matthew 21:21-22 Scripture

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to

this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

Scriptural Prayer

Today, I speak to this disease in my body. In Jesus’ name, (name of the disease) I command you die at the root, move from my body and be cast into the sea of the Holy Spirit. I believe that what I have commanded will be done in my body. In Jesus’ name

5. Mark 11:22-26

Scripture

Then Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.

Scriptural Prayer

Father, as You instructed, I choose to forgive those person(s) who have offended or hurt me(name those people). Holy Spirit, please help me to remember everyone that I need to forgive. (As the Holy Spirit brings people to your mind, begin to forgive them in Your heart. Go through this exercise of forgiving until your heart catches up with your mind. In other words, forgive until you know that you are honestly sincere and trust the Holy Spirit to heal any wounds in your soul. For deeply inflicted wounds, consider talking to a Christian counselor who will guide you through your feelings and emotions. If the Holy Spirit prompts you, call or personally speak to those person(s) and let them know that you have forgiven them and have released the offense. If you need to ask someone to forgive you, swallow your pride and ask for forgiveness. The Holy Spirit will help you every step of the way. Because of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ you are able to forgive and be forgiven. Remember, God has forgiven us of our sins and our offenses are much greater than those we have experienced from other people. If He is willing to forgive us, we must be willing to forgive people. After praying about forgiving others, then pray for healing.)

Now that I have taken care of that matter, I want to say that I have faith in God, therefore, I command this “mountain” of (name the disease) to leave my body and I cast it into the sea. I believe that the command that I have spoken will bring healing to my body, now.

6.  Romans 4:17 Scripture

NKJ Romans 4:17 (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed — God, who gives life to the dead and calls those

things which do not exist as though they did; 18 who, contrary to hope, in hope

believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” 19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and

the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God,

Scriptural Prayer

As a descendant of Abraham, I receive the blessings and promises that were given to Abraham which includes healing of diseases. As a child of God who has been told to imitate God, I call those things which do not exist as though they they did and I command my healing to manifest in my body now. Today, I will not waiver at God’s promise for healing, but I stand strong and fully assured that God’s Word will heal my body. As I walk through this process in my life, I will walk by faith and not by sight and continually give God glory for His goodness and faithfulness.

7.  Romans 8:11 Scripture

The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life your mortal bodies by this same

Spirit living within you.

Scriptural Prayer

Today, I declare that the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, who raised Jesus from the dead now dwells in me. I expect life from the Holy Spirit who lives in me to flow in the areas of my body that have been attacked by disease. Body, be whole because the life-giving Spirit of God lives in me.

8.  Romans 8:12-14 Scripture

Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you live by its dictates, you will die. But if through the power of the Spirit you put to death the deeds of your sinful nature, you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. 4

Scriptural Prayer

I am a child of God, therefore, the Holy Spirit leads my life and I will allow the Him to lead me. I choose to live and be healed because I choose to let the Holy Spirit help me to put to death the deeds of my sinful nature. Holy Spirit, I trust you to let me know when I am about to act or react to situations that are caused by flesh. Thank you Holy Spirit for helping me to follow after You.

9.  Romans 8:15-17 Scripture

So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba Father.” For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.

Scriptural Prayer

In Christ, I have not received a spirit that makes me a fearful slave, but I have God’s Spirit and He is my Father. As one of His children, I am one of His heirs. Matter of fact, because of my Brother, Jesus Christ, who lives in me, I am an heir of God’s glory. His glory includes my healing and I boldly receive it now. As a recipient of God’s glory I will be a witness of Jesus Christ and spread the Gospel to my family, co-workers, friends, and people that I come in contact. As I share in God’s glory I understand that I will share in his suffering and I will trust the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and protect me when I encounter his suffering.

10.  2 Corinthians 10:3-5 Scripture

We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.

Scriptural Prayer

As a human, I will not wage war against this disease like humans normally fight. But, I will use God’s mighty weapons, including His word to knock down any of my human reasoning that would try to persuade me to become fearful or doubtful. I will use God’s mighty weapons to destroy any false arguments that my mind might attempt to use to persuade me from confessing God’s word over my life everyday or believing that His word will work against this disease. I destroy every proud obstacle within me that keeps me from knowing God. I capture any rebellious thoughts in my mind and I will teach my thoughts to obey.

Christ as I read and confess God’s word over my life. Today, I declare that my mind will receive the healing power of God’s word and I will come to know God, not only as a healer, but as a Father, Brother, and Comforter. Father, teach me everything about You.

11.  Galatians 3:13-14 Scripture

But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is

written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” Through Christ

Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, so that we who are believers might receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith.

Scriptural Prayer

I have been rescued by Christ Jesus, therefore, I have been rescued from this disease. I do not live under the curse of the law, which included sickness, therefore, I confess that I am healed and totally delivered. God blessed Abraham with good health and abundance and as a descendant of Abraham, I receive for my life what was given to him.

12.  Ephesians 6:10-16 Scripture

A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh and blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Scriptural Prayer

I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I can stand against this disease and every work of the devil. Matter of fact, I am standing against this disease and every work of the devil. I have no need to wrestle with my flesh, feelings, or mind, and I choose not to wrestle with them. With God’s word that I am confessing daily over my life I fight against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this age, and spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places. Above all that I may endure, I will stand! 6

My waist is girded with truth which is the Word of God. I will keep God’s word before me day and night. I put on righteousness which will protect my emotions, feelings, belief system, and values. Through this ordeal, I commit to doing what is right at all times. I walk in peace. Father, if there are any issues in my life that need to be resolved, I ask you to bring them to my remembrance and help me, Holy Spirit, to bring closure to them. No matter how I may feel, how tired I may become, or how weak my body may become, I will trust the Lord for my healing with all of my heart. I have the faith to believe that God’s word is healing my body. I am healed.

I declare that God the Father is my Creator and King, Jesus Christ the Son is my Brother and Redeemer, and Holy Spirit is my Power Source and Comforter. In Jesus’ name, I destroy the roots of this disease are destroyed by the Word of God that I speak from my mouth.

13.  Philippians 1:6 Scripture

And I am certain that God, who began the good work with you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Scriptural Prayer

And I am certain that God, who has begun a good work with me, will continue his work in me until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

14.  Philippians 2:13 Scripture

For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.

Scriptural Prayer

I believe that God is working in me through His word, giving me the desire to be healed and the power to command healing for my life which pleases Him.

15.  Hebrews 10:19-23 Scripture

And so, hear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 7

I trust in God and I am totally confident that I have been healed through Christ Jesus. My conscience has been sprinkled with Christ’s blood and I no longer am guilty of sin. I am a new creature and my body is clean and healed from the washing of God’s pure water.

16.  Hebrews 10:35-39 Scripture

So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. And my righteous ones will live by faith. But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away. But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.

Scriptural Prayer

I completely trust in the Lord and I am expecting full recovery in my body. I speak to my mind, body, soul, and spirit, and command you to wait patiently on God’s treatment plan for my life. As the righteous, I live by faith knowing that I am healed and totally restored.

17.  Hebrews 11:11-12 and Hebrews 13:8 Scripture

It was by faith that even Sarah was able to have a child, though she was barren and was too old. She believed that God would keep his promise. And so a whole nation came from this one man who was a good as dead – a nation with so many people that, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore, there is no way to count them.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Scriptural Prayer

I stand in faith for my complete healing. Jesus, you are the same yesterday, today, and forever. I believe without any doubt that if Your power could resurrect the womb of Sarah and bless her to have a child in her old age, I know that the Your power which resides in me will destroy this sickness. Body, I command you, in Jesus’ name to be healed.

18.  James 5:14 Scripture

Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed

any sins, you will be forgiven. 8

(For this scripture, follow its directions. Call someone who is mature in the Lord and who has the faith to believe for your healing and ask them to pray and anoint you with oil.) In addition, repent of any sinfulness and believe that your sins have been forgiven according to I John 1:9.

19.  I Peter 2:24 Scripture

He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed.

Scriptural Prayer

Jesus personally carried my sins in his body on the cross. I am dead to sin and I now live for what is right. By His wounds I am healed.

20.  1 John 5:14

Scripture

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. (NKJV)

Scriptural Prayer

I am confident that God has heard my prayers because I have prayed His word which is His will. And because I know that He has heard me, I am healed.

21.  Revelation 12:10-11 Scripture

Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last- salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For

the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth-the one who

accuses them before our God day and night. And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.

Scriptural Prayer

I confess that the devil is defeated by the blood of Jesus and I am healed. My testimony is that I am healed and I will not be afraid of those who feel otherwise. In addition, I will always share my testimonies about God’s goodness and blessings in my life. As a result, I expect all of the works of the devil, including this attack upon my body, to be destroyed.

A Prayer of Love for God and Our Neighbor

A Prayer of Love for God and Our Neighbor

Scripture Reading:

Psalm 113, John 13:34-35

Reflections of the Heart:

The greatest gift given by God is love.  God is love and with His love we can love Him and our neighbor.  God loved us so much that He gave His only Son for our lives.  Love is patient and kind.  Love is not jealous, boastful, proud, or rude.  Love never fails.  As you pray today, think about your love for Christ and for your neighbor.  Does God have your whole heart?  Do you love others unconditionally?  Love never gives up, never loses faith, and is always hopeful.

Scriptural Prayer:

Our Father, today, we praise You with our whole heart.  We will tell of all Your marvelous works.  We will be glad and rejoice in You; we will sing praises to Your Name.  We cry out with a loud voice, “Thanks be to our God.”  As the heavens are high above the earth, so great is Your mercy toward those who fear You; as far as the east is from the west,  You have removed our transgressions from us.  Thank You for being our Father and calling us Your children.  Thank You for loving us unconditionally.  Thank You for creating us for Your good pleasure.

Father, You have asked us to continue to love one another, for love comes from You.  Anyone who loves is Your child and knows You.  Those who do not love do not know You, for You are love.  You have shown how much You loved us by sending Your one and only Son, Jesus, into the world so that we might have eternal life through Him.  This is real love – not that we loved You, but You loved us and sent Your Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.  Thank You, Jesus, for giving Your life for ours.  We were not worthy, yet, You made us worthy to love and know You.  Thank You!  Today, we confess that we will love You with all of our hearts, souls, strength and minds, and we will love our neighbor as we love ourselves.

Father, show me how to strengthen my relationship with You and (list the names of people who you need to strengthen your relationships with):

Holy Spirit, because God loves us so much, help us to love our neighbor.  We have never seen God, but if we love each other, we know that God will live in us and His love will be brought to full expression in us.  Holy Spirit, we do not want to grieve You by the way we live.  You are the One who has identified us as Your own, guaranteeing that we will be saved on the day of redemption.  In this season of reflection and repentance, help us to let go of any bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior.  Instead, help us to be kind to all people, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven us.  Break any bondage(s) that is keeping us from loving and caring for people.  Help us as a Church Family to draw closer to God, our Father, and Jesus, our Lord, through loving each other.  Holy Spirit, heal broken relationships.

Holy Spirit, show me what is preventing Your love from shining through me toward others:

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Lord, forgive us for not loving and caring for all people.  Forgive us for not loving You with our whole hearts.  Forgive us for holding grudges and remembering old debts.  Forgive us for judging others before getting to know them.  Forgive us for being proud, impatient, stubborn, rebellious, or jealous.  Please forgive us for not forgiving other people.  Remind us to forgive others; and we shall be quick to forgive.

Think about any relationships in your life that are strained or broken.  Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any bitterness, anger, or disappointment that you may have towards them.  Acknowledge it, and forgive that person(s):

Father, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Lord, You are high above all nations, and Your glory is above the heavens.  Who is like You, the Lord our God, who dwells on high, who humbles Yourself to behold the things that are in the heavens and in the earth?  You have declared, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.”  In Jesus’ Name, Amen

A Prayer of Adoration and Reverence for God and His Word

A Prayer of Adoration and Reverence for God and His Word

Scripture Reading:

Psalm 148, Deuteronomy 6:1-9

Reflections of the Heart:

Our God is an awesome God.  He is kind, tenderhearted, and merciful.  Our Father loves us with an everlasting love and He is always concerned about our welfare.  All that we need, He provides through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.  God should always be revered and adored.  He should have our utmost respect.  Today, bless the Lord.  Lift up your praises to the One who is the living God, our God who is our Father.

Scriptural Prayer:

Father, today we proclaim Your Name, the Name of the Lord.  You are glorious.  You are our Rock and Your deeds are perfect.  Everything You do is just and fair.  You are faithful and You do no wrong.  How just and upright You are!  Your unfailing love toward those who fear You is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.  Let the whole world fear and stand in awe of You Lord. You spoke and the world began; it appeared at Your command.  Lord, You are our inheritance and hope.  Thank You, Father, for Your love and compassion.  Thank You for keeping Your covenant with us throughout the ages.  Thank You for making us Your people.  What a joy it is to be one of Your children.  Father, You are good and Your faithful love endures forever.

Father, today, we reverence and honor You.  You are our God and we submit our loyalty and adoration to You.   You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.  You existed before time and created everything that exists.  We acknowledge that You are the only living God.  There are no other gods. Father, You are compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.  You are good to everyone and You shower compassion on all of Your creation.  All of Your works will thank You, Lord and we, Your followers, praise You.  You are so awesome!  We confess that we will keep Your commandments, walk in Your ways, and revere You.  Father, we confess that Your instructions are perfect, reviving our souls.  Your decrees are trustworthy, making wise the simple. Your commandments are right, bringing joy to our hearts.  Your commands are clear, giving insight for living.  Revering You is pure, lasting forever.  Your laws are true and each one is fair.  Father, Your Word is more desirable than gold, yes, even the finest gold.  Your Word is sweeter than honey dripping from the honeycomb. Your Word warns us and we expect great reward as we adhere to it.  Father, You are great and greatly to be praised.  We will bless You at all times and constantly speak of Your praises.

Father, please let Your ears be attentive to our prayer.  Holy Spirit, teach us how to reverence and adore our Father in true holiness.  Please touch the hearts of those who do not reverence and adore You, and help them to love You with all their hearts, souls, and strength.  Holy Spirit, place in us a hunger and thirst for Your righteousness, so that we will be filled.

Father, forgive us for sins of pride, rebellion, disobedience, selfishness, hatred, and idolatry.  Lord, forgive us for half-hearted worship.  Forgive us for disrespecting Your name and treating You irreverently.   Forgive those of us who are  parents for not teaching our children to revere and adore You.  Lord, remind us of those we need to forgive; and help us to forgive.

Lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from the evil one.

You are God alone; there is no other God and there never has been and there never will be.  You are the Lord and there is no other Savior.  From eternity to eternity You alone are God.  All honor and glory belongs to You forever and ever!  You are the eternal King, the unseen One who never dies; You alone are God. Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
