The purpose of Kingdom Builders’ Prayer Institute is to pray effective, effacacious prayers that will produce God's plans on Earth and to build an army of praying believers who will:

Position themselves as watchmen for our world.
Establish the Kingdom of God on Earth as He has purposed it in Heaven.
Destroy the strategies and assignments of the devil.

We understand and embrace the unique gifts of individuals that are dedicated to helping us move this mission forward. This year, we have developed a more comprehensive team strategy for 12th Annual Prayer Explosion . Each volunteer area will correlate with the planning team volunteer. In recurring volunteers, we are intentionally seeking to fill those areas in our team that will rely on a pool of volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and foster team success.

With this said, we thank you in advance for volunteering your time, talent, gifts and graces to help us this year. We are positive that your time with us will afford you a favorable combination of circumstances in which your gifts will SHINE and God will be glorified because of your service in His Kingdom.

Volunteer Areas of Service

Pre-Administration
Responsible for assisting with the recruitment of volunteers for the preliminary volunteer mobilization efforts.

Administration
Responsible for assisting with Administrative needs before, during and after the conference which includes but is not limited to pre-approved correspondence through email, mass mail and phone calls, preparing of conference materials and bulletin stuffing on Saturdays during the conference marketing periods.

Conference Registration
Assist the registrar with the overall registration process such as inserting nametags, helping with the conference bags, off-site registrations at other local conferences, manage KBPI booths and organization of registration materials and other duties as directed by the Conference Registrar.

FLEX/Administration
Available to assist with administrative needs of various volunteer service areas, as needed.

Customer Service Representatives
Responsible for nurturing and cultivating the value-based customer-service strategy. Represents the ‘Aroma of Christ’ customer relations with an emphasis on the motto: “Excellence in Customer Service by delighting the customers above and beyond the call of duty”. The customer service areas are: Room Assistants, Personal Assistants, Timekeeper, Greeter and Hostess.

Logistics/Programming Team
Responsible for assisting with the installation (set-up) and dismantle (tear-down) of all Prayer Explosion Conference activities and events. In most cases, serves too.

Product Sales
Responsible for good customer service, helping attendees with purchases of products, answering questions and serving as product information sources, cashiers and or sales persons.

Altar Workers – Intercessors
Strategically pray during the months preceding the conference and facilitate intercessory prayer during the conference. Length of Training: 4 weeks

Altar Workers – Miracles & Healing
To minister Miracles and Healing during the conference and when called upon. Length of Training: 4 weeks
