Prayer College
The Praying to Change Your Life College of Prayer is the educational arm of The Prayer Institute that trains believers how to pray in accordance with God's Word, using the Lord's Prayer as a model. This type of prayer ties people directly to the Word of God. The classes teach how to speak what the Scripture is speaking when you pray. Pastor Suzette says, “If you always say what God never said, then you will always get what God never intended for your life. But, if you always say what God says, then you will always receive what He has for your life.”
Prayer Classes are offered in the Spring and Fall each year. All classes are held at the Kingdom Builders' Center in Houston, Texas. The Prayer 101 course is also offered online. The registration fee per course is $75.00 plus a $25.00 material fee. David's Crew is a part of the College of Prayer classes and is designed for young men ages 10 to 13 and 14 to 19. David's Crew is offered free of charge, but registration is required.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Prayer 101
Prayer 101 an exciting & interactive ten week course designed to maximize the effectiveness of your prayer life. This course teaches believers how to pray prayers that are God-centered and that produce God's will for humankind. The prayer method is taken from the Lord's Prayer presented in Matthew 6 and Luke 11. Students learn: what prayer is, why we should pray, how to write prayers, and how to pray more effectively using the six categories of Jesus' "model" prayer. Prayer 101 is also offered as an online course using video instruction and includes a "how to" introductory class the first week.
Prayer 102
Prayer 102 is a ten week course that picks up where Prayer 101 ends. This in-depth study of the Model Prayer is for students who are ready to move forward in praying more strategic, Scripture-based prayers. Prayer 101 is a prerequisite for this course.
Prayer 103
Prayer 103 is a six week course designed for students who have successfully completed Prayer 101 and Prayer 102. In this course, students will practice how to pray more efficaciously and with increased accuracy.
Prayer & the Arts
Prayer & the Arts is an eight week exploration into how to interweave your God-given creative gift(s) with Jesus’ Model Prayer. You will learn how to express yourself in prayer through painting, singing, drawing, & writing. No creative skills required.
David's Crew
David's Crew Bible Study is for young men ages 10 to 13 and 14 to 19. This dynamic class teaches the value of prayer as well as how to be a morally conscious and productive citizen. Under the guidance of successful, praying business men, the young men of David's Crew are mentored and taught life skills for successful living.
